Yes, we provide secure telehealth sessions via video call for clients across Australia. Online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face sessions and offers greater flexibility, especially for those in regional areas or with mobility constraints.

We use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy. The approach is tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

Consider seeking help if you're experiencing persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety, or stress that interfere with daily life, relationships, or work. Other signs include changes in sleep or appetite, difficulty concentrating, or feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges.

We provide Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), workplace mental health assessments, stress management workshops, return-to-work support, and organisational consultation. These services help create psychologically safe workplaces and support employee wellbeing.
